Manassas Chamber of Commerce. THE KATZ TEAM
specializes in the Northern Virginia market, particularly
Prince William County: Manassas, Gainesville-Bristow-Linton
Hall Corridor, Haymarket, Woodbridge, Lake Ridge, Montclair,
Dale City & Dumfries; AND, the Stafford, Greater Fredericksburg
areas; but, have sold homes as far north as Alexandria, Arlington,
and Fairfax County and as far west as Leesburg/Ashburn in
Loudoun County. Jon and Liz have earned the nationally acclaimed
Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s
Representative (ABR) advanced professional designations. They
are both members of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council
and are Certified Relocation Specialists. Jon also holds the
e-PRO professional designation. Additionally, Jon is a former
Marine and decorated Veteran, holds three Master’s Degrees,
one in business, and has more than 25 years of professional
sales, marketing, contracting and negotiating experience.
Liz has a degree in Business Administration, is a licensed
Notary and has more than ten years of professional business
experience.
They belong to the American Legion, Bass Angler’s Sportsmen’s
Society, Friends of the Shenandoah, Marine Corps Association,
Marine Executive Association, Military Officers Association
of America, Professional Association of Dive Instructors,
and National Eagle Scout Association. They actively support
the U.S. Marine Corps Toys-for-Tots Foundation, American Breast
Cancer Society, Wolf-Trap Center for the Performing Arts,
National Zoological Society, and The Kennedy Center.
Jon and Liz have been married for over 24 years and have
three children.
Jon and Liz both love the outdoors. They enjoy the beach,
boating and gardening together. Jon spends much of his free
time fishing or golfing, while Liz likes to bike.
